A Look Back: SCARS OF DRACULA (1970)

I didn't catch Hammer's SCARS OF DRACULA on its first run but I did catch it about a year or two later when it returned (along with HORROR OF FRANKENSTEIN) to a repertory cinema in Washington D.C. and the Washington Post reviewed it:
Here are some original ad mats:
SCARS was one of the first movies I ever purchased on home video, a betamax tape on the old Thorn-EMI label that I paid close to 60 smackers for!  I also had a Super 8mm color magnetic sound edition on 4) 400' reels,  then the double feature laser disc and finally the Anchor Bay double-disc DVD.  Who can ever forget the movie tie-in paperback that was commonly sold in grocery stores?
SCARS is reviewed in VC #35/36
